The Operations Room acts as a central point of contact during the air
show weekend for volunteers, performers and guests. The physical
location of the room is within the host hotel. Within the room you
will find the transportation committee, the protocol committee and the
operations room team. All these volunteers spend the weekend ensuring
that all the needs our guests are met and any special requests are
addressed. The best description of this room for the air show would be
hotel front desk, car rental office, bus terminal, cab company, lobby,
meeting place and concierge desk all rolled into one.
